Frequently asked questions.

  • Garments can only be worked on if they arrive new or freshly laundered. We reserve the right to deny service if your garment does not meet the above criteria. Please do not wear garments to your appointment. We have a changing room on site for your use.

  • In short, Yes. As a solo owned an operated business we require appointments to ensure all of our clients get undivided attention when they visit.

  • We do not require you to try on your items at pickup but it is encouraged! We always strive for the perfect fit and trying it on is the best way to understand if the desired look has been accomplished.

  • Rush services are available on a case by case basis and will be subject to an additional fee. For rush availability please text us at 216.354.1377

  • All refunds are handled on a case by case basis. The first avenue to find our clients a solution is always to see the garment in person to evaluate if the garment may be repaired.

    Auburn Studio reserves the right to make additional adjustments to the garment in question in lieu of a refund whenever possible.

    If a refund is issued, all funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
